A 12-week journey offers the deepest results, but there’s no need to commit upfront. You’ll meet weekly from the comfort of home for guided practice, reflection, and practical strategies you can put into action straight away.
If you haven’t already had an Integrative Health Assessment, Maria may recommend functional testing to guide targeted support for your gut health and nutrition.

The Wheel of Wellbeing is a holistic framework and assessment tool we’ve developed that reflects the Integrative Medicine approach — recognising how different areas of your life interact to shape your overall health. It’s designed to complement your Integrative Health Assessment and Health Plan — though you don’t need to have one to benefit. It offers a 360-degree view of your wellbeing across five key areas:
It’s not a static snapshot or health assessment, but a dynamic tool that supports you to recognise, needs, experiences and progress as you evolve

Maria is a certified Nutritionist with advanced training in psychoneuroimmunology, nutritional therapy and Somatic therapy including TRE® trauma release and Heartmath® — a combination that gives her a uniquely integrative perspective on how people heal and change. As a former Health Coach Course Director at the College of Naturopathic Medicine She understands the science of behaviour change, the core foundations that support physical health, and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we heal. She helps clients turn insight into action, whether they’re working from an Integrative Health Plan or seeking independent support, guiding them toward sustainable habits, balance and meaningful transformation.

Integrative Health Coaching differs from other change-focused practices because it works across the full spectrum of what shapes health: physical, emotional, social, environmental and purpose-driven factors, rather than focusing on habits or mindset alone. It blends behaviour-change science with Functional Medicine, Nutritional insight and deeper emotional work, helping clients make changes that are sustainable, effective and rooted in the realities of their whole life.
Your health coach can support goals across the full spectrum of your health and wellbeing. This might include improving your energy, sleep or digestion; building sustainable routines around food, movement and rest; or developing a calmer, more resilient response to stress. You might want to work with strategies for reducing the impact of chronic symptoms on your daily life. Many clients also work on strengthening relationships and support networks, reducing environmental factors that undermine their health, reconnecting with purpose and fulfillment, or releasing habits and patterns that keep them stuck. If you have an Integrative Health Plan from our Integrative Medicine Doctors, your coach can help you translate it into daily action.
Absolutely. Integrative Health Coaching is suitable for people with medical conditions. It’s been designed to be a complimentary approach to conventional care or an Integrative Health Plan with our Clinic. It doesn’t replace treatment; instead, it helps you understand the aspects of your health that are within your control, build supportive habits, and create an environment that strengthens your overall wellbeing. Your coach will stay within their scope of practice while helping you implement your goals safely and sustainably.
A 12-week programme offers the deepest and most sustainable results, as it provides enough time to build new habits, address underlying patterns and track meaningful progress. That said, the number of sessions you need depends on your goals and what feels supportive for you. There’s no requirement to commit upfront, and you can take it week by week.
Integrative Health Coaching is our most comprehensive form of ongoing support following your Integrative Health Assessment and Health Plan. It offers twelve weeks of fully tailored, guided implementation to help you put your recommendations into practice with depth and clarity. Our Support Programme is also available, but it’s designed for lighter-touch guidance. It offers brief check-ins, small refinements, and accountability rather than the deeper, transformative work of coaching.
If you’ve been referred to Maria after your Integrative Health Assessment, she will work closely with your Integrative Medicine Doctor to ensure your care remains cohesive and joined-up. Our team collaborates across all therapists and practitioners involved in your treatment, so you benefit from truly integrated expertise and a consistent approach.
Yes, seamlessly. Your Integrative Health Assessment outlines a clear pathway toward improved health and wellbeing. Integrative Health Coaching then helps you navigate any barriers that may be holding you back, while offering grounded, achievable guidance to deepen your daily practices. It’s designed to complement and enhance all other support you’re receiving, ensuring every aspect of your care is connected and meaningful.
