The Science Behind It
Your voice carries information about how your nervous system, emotional state and internal physiology are functioning. Speaking for around ninety seconds provides enough data for the software to analyse thousands of vocal parameters — comparing them with a large database of reference signals to identify where your system may be under strain.
The assessment looks at features such as vocal energy, rhythm, tone, micro-vibrations and frequency distribution. These subtle changes reflect how well your body is adapting to stress, how your emotional landscape is shifting and how your overall resilience is holding up.
Producing speech requires the coordinated activity of the brain, nervous system, respiratory system and more than one hundred muscles. Because of this, your voice naturally reflects changes in your internal state — and advanced bioinformatic signal analysis can identify them with precision.

The Forbes Protocol
Alongside the assessment, clients have access to the Forbes Protocol — a personalised programme of audio sessions designed to support emotional regulation, cognitive clarity and nervous system balance. Each session uses carefully selected sound frequencies to help the brain settle into more restorative patterns.
Many people find the experience grounding, calming and supportive during periods of stress, change or recovery. As emotional load becomes lighter and the nervous system feels more settled, clients often describe feeling more energised, clearer, more centred and more able to cope with daily demands.
Choose the programme length that suits your needs and goals.
Works best as part of an integrative programme. The Forbes Protocol can be used alongside practitioner sessions or woven into an Integrative Health Coaching package, enhancing the work you are already doing by helping the nervous system become more receptive and able to engage with positive change.
