Kate Gare is a transformational coach and behavioural change practitioner with over twenty years’ experience supporting individuals who feel held back by long‑standing internal patterns. She works particularly with people who are self‑aware yet find themselves navigating cycles of overthinking, burnout, loss of confidence, or difficulty sustaining meaningful change.
Her approach integrates principles from positive psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, resilience, and behavioural change. Kate offers a structured, reflective space where clients can explore the relationship between their thoughts, emotional responses, and habitual patterns, helping them develop greater clarity, self‑belief, and personal agency.
A key part of her work is recognising the role of the brain–body connection and the capacity for change over time. As clients become more aware of the assumptions shaping their responses, they are supported to practise new, more grounded and flexible ways of relating to themselves.
Many people seek out Kate during periods of transition, burnout, or identity shift, when insight alone hasn’t translated into change. Her sessions help individuals move beyond analysis into practical, embodied shifts that strengthen resilience and self‑trust.
Kate is trained in Positive Psychology Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Practice, Resilience Training, HeartMath® techniques, and Life Coaching. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP. She brings over two decades of experience supporting wellbeing, behavioural change, and personal development.
