Our 18 Week Support Programme Step by Step

step 1
Zoom Focus Session
You’ll start with a Zoom meeting to dive deep into your Integrative Health Plan. Marie will address any questions, prioritise your needs, and provide clear, actionable steps to help you implement your plan.

You’ll book your session 2-3 weeks after your Integrative Health Assessment, though support is available later if needed.

Fortnightly Calls
You’ll have regular calls with Marie every two weeks to review your progress, adjust your plan, and stay on track.
Marie works closely with your Integrative Medicine Doctor, ensuring you receive joined-up, consistent guidance as your progress. She’ll provide updates to your doctor so you can make the most of your scheduled Doctor-led reviews.

You’ll continue to meet with your Integrative Medicine Doctor for review, typically every three months.

You’ll leave the 18-week Programme with the confidence to maintain your health journey, or can request additional sessions to support your continued progress.
