Micro-immunotherapy formulas always need to be taken in the sequential order from 1-10. Inside the box you will find 3 blister packs. Choose one to start, all three are identical.
Take the first capsule, marked with number 1, and follow the numeric sequence with each intake.
Once a blister pack is finished, move on to capsule 1 from the next blister pack and so on.
You should allow at least 2 hours between the different intakes of remedies if you have more than one on your protocol.
Your capsules should not be swallowed. Hold the capsule with the head upwards and carefully open it by pulling its head.
Pour the content of the capsule under the tongue and let it dissolve. When taking Micro-immunotherapy remedies you should not eat or drink from about 20 minutes before until 20 minutes after the intake. This is to ensure a good absorption of the remedies through the mouth mucosa, which needs to be clean and receptive for this purpose.
The capsules containing the granules are designed to be dissolved under the tongue. Nevertheless, they pose no threat to health as they are identical to those of medicines intended to be swallowed.
If you are taking more than one remedy in your recommended protocol, the different capsules should NOT be taken together. You should allow at least 2 hours between each intake.
For example, if you take two remedies: take the first capsule of Remedy A right after getting up, before breakfast. Take the first capsule of Remedy B at least 2 hours later. Take the second capsule of Remedy A at least 2 hours after that, and finally the second capsule of Remedy B at least 2 hours after that.
If you're taking four remedies, the same principle applies, just extended across the day: take the first capsule right after waking, before breakfast, then space each of the remaining three capsules at least 2 hours apart. For example, if you wake at 7:00 AM, this might look like: Remedy A at 7:00 AM, Remedy B at 9:00 AM, Remedy C at 11:00 AM, and Remedy D at 1:00 PM.
Whatever time you wake up, simply shift this timeline forward and keep each intake at least 2 hours apart. With four remedies, you'll need a minimum 6-hour window from your first capsule to your last, so it helps to start soon after waking — especially since (aside from SLEEPREG) remedies shouldn't be taken after 6:00 PM.
Your other regular supplements can be taken at a time of your convenience in between.
The recommendation not to take Micro-immunotherapy remedies after 06:00 PM (except SLEEPREG, which needs to be taken before going to bed) refers to the biological rhythm of the immune system which is reduced towards night time and is also aiming not to disturb the patients sleep. In very rare cases, patients who have taken their remedies later have reported difficulties falling asleep afterwards. In summary: it's a question of biological rhythm.
The components within the remedies are immune messenger substances, consisting of low and ultra-low dose plant cytokines. All of these substances are of plant origin.
The remedies contain tiny amounts of lactose. This is fine for someone with lactose intolerance, but not suitable for anyone with a serious lactose allergy.
Micro-immunotherapy can be combined with all kinds of medical treatments, both classical and from the field of integrative medicine.
Micro-immunotherapy formulas are used together with nutritional supplements on a regular basis and with great success.
When combining Micro immunotherapy and nutritional supplements (as with all other combinations) both approaches should follow the same overall therapeutic objective (i.e. not combining immune-boosting Micro immunotherapy formulas with anti-inflammatory nutritional supplements.)
