Integrative Hypnotherapy Step by Step

Start with an optional, no obligation call with Laura to understand if Integrative Hypnotherapy is for you. You’ll have a chance to explore practical considerations like location and ask any questions you might have.
Pin 2
You’ll share some information about your health history and goals before attending an extended initial consultation.
Ideally you’ll meet in-person but virtual consultation is also possible. Laura will use this time to explore your challenges and goals and agree an solution-focused approach to treatment. You’ll experience your first treatment.

You’ll continue to meet for an agreed number of sessions and may choose virtual consultation at this stage. Laura will adjust your plan and respond to your progress accordingly.

You’ll also be given some self-directed exercises to support your progress between sessions

You’ll work together to measure your progress against your agreed goals and you’ll part ways when you feel ready. You’ll leave with skills and tools to support your onward journey.
