“Unlike other treatments that might go on indefinitely, Physiokey & Scenar provide a real solution, taking the body through the complete healing cycle. Most acute problems only need 3-5 sessions to resolve the issue.”
When you're dealing with pain—whether acute or chronic—it can feel like your options are limited. Traditional painkillers may mask the discomfort, but they don’t address the underlying cause of the pain. Physiokey offers a solution that not only alleviates pain but accelerates the healing process, helping you get back to living your life sooner.
Physiokey is a non-invasive therapy that uses a medical device to deliver Biofeedback Neurostimulation, or Bioadaptive Impulse Therapy. This technology was developed from SCENAR (Self Controlled Energetic Neuro Adaptive Regulation), originally designed for Russian cosmonauts to combat pain in space. By mimicking the body’s natural nerve signals, Physiokey stimulates the release of endorphins and neuropeptides, reducing pain and promoting healing.
Used worldwide by athletes, healthcare professionals, and pain management experts, Physiokey is trusted to treat a wide range of conditions—from sports injuries to chronic pain. If you're looking for lasting relief and a more effective path forward, Physiokey could be the answer.
The Physiokey device is a revolutionary, non-invasive solution designed to provide fast, lasting pain relief while accelerating your body’s natural healing process. By emitting targeted electro-magnetic signals that mimic your body’s own nerve signals, Physiokey triggers the release of endorphins—your body’s natural painkillers. These endorphins not only block pain but also promote relaxation, reduce stress, and elevate your mood, offering relief without the need for medications.
But Physiokey does more than just relieve pain—it stimulates the production of neuropeptides, powerful molecules that regulate healing, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery. Neuropeptides are crucial in tissue repair, targeting and eliminating pain at its source, not just masking the symptoms.
Over time, especially with severe injury or long-term use of painkillers, the body’s natural healing processes can become disrupted or dampened, leaving us with unresolved damage or chronic pain. Physiokey reactivates these mechanisms, redirecting the body’s energy back to the pain source. Once your treatment is complete, you’re likely to experience lasting relief, with no need for ongoing sessions for the same issue.

You’ll be asked to complete a short form online, using our Practice Management System, Practice Better. It is important that you complete this as fully and honestly as possible, taking particular care to detail any medication you may be taking. This information is essential for your practitioner to formulate a safe and accurate treatment plan. We’ll ask you for information about:
Physiokey is a safe method for treating pain and inflammation, however, like any treatment it may not be safe for people with certain conditions or medical histories. Physiokey should not be used on people who:
We’ll also ask whether you have known tumours or are currently pregnant, as the treatment may need to be adapted to ensure safety in these cases.
Physiokey is a gentle and safe treatment for children and babies, so long as the above contraindications do not apply to them.
During your first session we’ll review your medical history and formulate a treatment plan. You’ll be asked to remove clothing around the area of your injury and we’ll provide towelling and robes to make sure you’re comfortable. Your practitioner will apply the device to your skin in targeted areas. You may receive a localised, general or combination treatment depending on your symptoms and history. The treatment shouldn't hurt, but it may feel strange—like a gentle pins and needles sensation. Your practitioner will check in to see how comfortable you are and adjust the intensity depending on your comfort.
During treatment it is normal to experience some, all or none of the following reactions:
After treatment and throughout your course of treatments you may continue to experience some of the above reactions. You may also experience the following:
Physiokey continues to work even after you have completed your course of treatment so don’t be concerned if you are discharged before you are completely better. Most people continue to improve for approximately three months after treatment and some continue to improve for up to five months. It is also common to experience flare ups of old symptoms and pain during this period as the body continues to heal and this is completely normal.
